Crock Pot Meatball Subs



Everyone in the family will love these Crock Pot meatball subs because they are tasty and easy to make. You can make a hearty and satisfying dinner with little work if you have a slow cooker and a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4-6 hoagie rolls

Instructions:

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Shape the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across

Put the meatballs in the slow cooker and cover them with marinara sauce

Put the lid on top and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are fully cooked

About 15 minutes before you serve, cover the slow cooker and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs

Let the cheese melt

Cut hoagie rolls in half and stuff each one with meatballs, sauce, and cheese

Enjoy while hot!
