Ingredients:
- 1 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5-10 pepperoncini peppers whole, or sliced depending on preference
Instructions:
Place the chuck roast in the crock pot
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast
Place butter on top of the roast
Add pepperoncini peppers around the roast
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork
